The CpG island hypermethylation level was significantly associated with heavy smoking, poorly-differentiated tumour, and low expression of Cx43.ConclusionsBoth aberrant localization and epigenetic changes are associated with aberrant expression of connexin 43 in human NSCLC."xsd:string |
