Arabidopsis plants overexpressing AtNTL7 showed strong ER-stress resistance. Our findings suggest that AtNTL7 fragment is cleaved from the ER membrane under ER stress and translocates into the nucleus to induce downstream ER-stress responsive genes."xsd:string |
