http://purl.uniprot.org/proteomes/UP000002875http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#comment"Emticicia oligotrophica strain GPTSA100-15, also known as MTCC 6937, was isolated from warm spring water in Assam, India. It only grows on nutritionally poor media. Bacteria are strictly aerobic, non-motile rods occurring mostly singly, sometimes in pairs. Cells are usually 2 - 5 um long and 0.3 - 0.4 mm wide; in an aged culture, some cells may be longer. Positive for oxidase and nitrate reduction; weakly positive for catalase. It is the type strain (adapted from PMID 16627643)."xsd:string
